Rihla Paper is operated by a UK sole trader from 28 Woodland Road, London, N11 1PN. The proprietor’s legal name must be added before live trading. Rihla Paper is not currently VAT registered, so prices do not include a separately charged VAT amount.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send an acceptance confirmation. Prices and delivery charges are shown before payment. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before acceptance.
Product information
We aim to represent colour and materials accurately, but screens vary. Final dimensions, materials and manufacturing origin must match the product page before preorders open.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. UK customers may have cancellation and quality rights under consumer law, subject to the rules for personalised goods.
