You may request cancellation before dispatch. For standard, non-personalised goods sold to UK consumers, the statutory cancellation period ordinarily continues for 14 days after delivery.
Returning an item
Products should be returned unused and in resalable condition. We will publish the return address, method, cost responsibility and any extended goodwill window before launch.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs where helpful. Statutory rights apply if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Exact processing timings depend on Stripe and the customer’s bank.
