Preorder policy
How the first production run will work.

A preorder reserves a planner that has not yet completed production. It is not an in-stock order, and the estimated dispatch period must be displayed before checkout.
Payment
The proposed Stripe Checkout flow charges the full amount when the preorder is placed. This policy must remain consistent with the final checkout configuration.
Updates
Customers will receive material updates about production and dispatch. If the estimated timing changes significantly, we will explain the change and available options.
Cancellation
Cancellation and refund rights depend on consumer law and whether an item is personalised. City editions are not necessarily personalised merely because they contain local times; legal review is required before launch.
